How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Disciplinecollect Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about any of these:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Disciplinecollect Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Disciplinecollect Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@disciplinecollect.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
